This problem arises with most cohorts: especially as before programme managers were often managing the trackers.

Explain it

The concept of milestones only exists from Induction onwards i.e. when the SDC begins. However the milestones are fundamental in tracking progress of trainees across the course.

🧭 Suggest strategies

Make the end of Fundamentals a milestone so that volunteers and trainees are familiar with the process for checking their progress at the end of every module before they move to the Induction module.
