Define it
The curriculum defines Here’s how you find out what to do when
However, as the curriculum makes use of a flipped classroom it is difficult for new volunteers and trainees to navigate the curriculum and make sense of different sections.
Exemplify it?
Recent cohorts (WM5 & NW6) reported being unable to understand when to do certain things in the curriculum.
Explain it
I think this happens because we don't have a Rhythm of the week defined clearly enough in the start of Fundamentals. The curriculum is also multi-faceted and rich in information:
🧭 Suggest strategies
We need an activity that links the Rhythm of the week to the Fundamentals section of the course. The Rhythm of the week needs to be loosely coupled to the curriculum format so trainees and volunteers can make more sense of the curriculum.
