Add Access Needs reminder to first day and/or onboarding module on ITP

What is the work that needs to be done?
Adding reminders to talk about the basic Access Needs requests so everyone knows where these things are:

• Prayer room location
• Toilers: where they are and if there are any single-sex/neutral toilets available
• Wheelchair access
• Agenda: is published on our Curriculum
• Instructions are written down: they are all published on our Curriculum

Why is this work important to do?
We ask for people's access needs, but in the middle of the chaos of everything new happening, it's good to have a reminder for volunteers and the community to talk about these basic access needs.
