The primers should be converted to readmes in folders, so we can pull them using the readme api (I hadn't written any of that when I made this site).

primers/readme.md
primers/distrib.../readme.md
primers/distrib.../reliable-rpcs/readme.md

Like so

Then make the same changes as in the projects detailed in #199

If you have more metadata, add it!
