Back-fill gaps in Tour of Go #241

We've consistently gotten feedback that the Tour of Go assumes significant programming experience and language concepts.

We should either:

Back-fill some of these so that we pre-explain them
Contribute to Tour of Go to make it more approachable to newcomers
Find a replacement course
