However, after re entering the workflow previously used, some lost nodes still cannot be used after installation through the manager.
I have encountered several of them so far, including Florence2, Joycaptain 2, and Custom Nodes_AlekPet.
May I ask if it is due to the current desktop version or beta version?
May I ask if there is any way to solve the difficulties I am currently facing.

Which version of the desktop are you on? Did you import custom nodes from another ComfyUI for Florence2, Joycaptain, etc?

Were the workflows working when you first installed the desktop app?

I have identified the root cause of the issue. These plugins reference the address of the model, which is AppSata \ Local \ Programs \ @ comfyui electron \ resources \ ComfyUI \ models
And I previously placed these models in the installation directory, which caused them to be unreadable.
My current confusion is which models need to be placed in the MyAta \ Local \ Programs \ @ comfyui electron \ resources \ ComfyUI \ models directory, and which ones need to be placed in the installation directory.

Are these two directories both under the C drive? Are they defined to the C drive when the installation starts? Can they be redefined?

It seems that it is not possible to manually set the directory, but even if it is possible, it is not very meaningful unless they can all be set in the same directory.
I think the biggest problem is that plugins downloaded through the manager have default installation addresses, and some plugins' default addresses conflict with the desktop version's multi location approach.
If possible, it's better to put everything in the same directory like the web version of Comfyui.
