[DevExperience] Replace yarn with npm

https://github.com/Comfy-Org/ComfyUI_frontend and https://github.com/Comfy-Org/litegraph.js are all using npm. Switch to npm in this project would better align the toolchain consistency, and improve onboarding experience for someone new to the team.

Following the discussion electron-userland/electron-builder#1147 (comment), yarn was recommended at that time because it has autoclean command, but it is actually not used in our setup.
