Most rest of anaconda has transitioned from jpeg 8 to 9. Including libnetcdf. This updates hdf4 to be built upon jpeg 9.

I believe you will want to trigger a libnetcdf rebuild via a build number increment, as it appears to be relying on jpeg8 shared libraries. |
