Support for switching from disc 1 to 2 in Sega CD emulation.

The Sega CD emulation is perfect, but there is no function to switch from disc 1 to 2 or the opposite... This is necessary for some games, like that recently discovered game Penn & Tenn (I think that's the name, I forgot at the moment). If the second CD was loaded into a kind of slot 2, it would be very good for emulation, so we could change CDs when necessary
