Is it possible to enable runahead on PFBNEO PS4? I can't find any option to do that. Pfbneo PS4 is great and runahead would make it even better!

By the way, Show Available roms doesn't seem to be working. I still see all the roms I don't have.

edit: I'm using the version that's on the homebrew store app.
