update uninstall role for handling maintenance tokens

For linux - this is a new feature. Figure out the workflow for this.

For Win - instead of making this a uninstall arg addition - have this driven by a variable.

• If the variable is given, add to uninstall args
• If credentials are used, we can grab the uninstall token and append to uninstall args.

For Mac - understand workflow and see where this would be applied.
