Describe the bug
I get “Error pulling binance annoucement page 400” notice every time I run the script? Kucoin works fine.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Just start bot and error is there

Same, and when i open the link https://www.binance.com/gateway-api/v1/public/cms/article/list/query i get

What is think is : Binance changed the way how articles appears , and it's not using API for it anymore !! and the script is not updated with that !
