On my Air unit lite, /data/dji/wireless_country_code was set to UA meaning only 4 channels and 25Mbps instead of 50Mbps.

700mW was still possible however.

Using cmdline, changing /data/dji/wireless_country_code to US resulted in the full 8 channels and 50MBps.
