The firebeetle only has 2 GND pins but if you use an accelerometer you'll need 3.

  1. GND for switch
  2. GND for accelerometer
  3. GND for rotary encoder

To make it simpler I used solid core jumper wire for the accelerometer so needed to share the last GND pin between the power switch and rotary encoder.

The picture is at a bit of an angle so maybe gives the wrong impression but the I2C pins on the firebeetle should all be opposite the accelerometer.

Firebeetle Accelerometer
3v3 VCC
GND GND
SCL SCL
SDA SDA

The VCC pin on the firebeetle should be empty.
