Please break down DDRace into Simple tasks

for example

add a task under the label DDRace ReWrite called Add Freeze tile

couse i can rly split ddrace into tiny pieces by naming almost all features hehehehe :D

@Tsin it's no secret i am busy and lazy at the same time, if i have simple tasks to do, it will be easier for me to start, and also it would make others pick simple tasks to do as well, i mean it will get everyone started

Please also start a vote on the changes (the ones not already in @DDRace) you need done in the forum so that it would be a majority request.

For the new DDRace: Never mind the vanilla client. Really. This compatiblity stuff shouldn't be in the mod itself. I wrote some kind of version-proxy stuff that will deal with that later. First, assume the clients always have DDRace mod. Questions?
