in 1.14a and lower when player stands on start line animation is stoped (thats good)

in 1.15a when a player stands on start line animation starts and stops what causes EYE CANCER

The Envelopes are synchronized by the round start time so they get reset on entering the startline. That causes the flickering.
A simple solution would be to synchronize the envelopes by the current game tick.
