Performance Metrics Aggregator + Accompanying Plots

Prometheus exports a varying set of metrics. Not all of them are usefull to the end user. This component should consider a subset of metrics and most likely aggregations of them (mean, median, var, etc.) to provide to the visualization framework . These metrics should be accompanied by relevant plots when necessary.

Analytics service can offer per job execution time. Probably not accessible to Prometheus since jobs are distributed by Spark.
