Description du problème

Dans la page de saisie de la déclaration, certains outils utilisés pour les tests ont des intitulés en anglais sans changement de langue.

Correction à apporter

ajouter un attribut lang="en" sur les intitulés anglais.

🔮 Pensez à lancer et/ou mettre à jour les tests end-to-end si nécessaire avant passage en prod.
