Start time of repeated rejudging is wrong on overview page

The time is picked from when the current (ith) rejudging started, not when the first (0th) rejudging started.

I would still like to see this info as it is more important to me. But we could think about where to display the start time overall as well (or split out repeated rejudgings in light of the other issue you filed).

When do you care when the 3th rejudging started when looking at /jury/rejudgings? I agree I want the info when looking at /jury/rejudgings/3
