navigation bar 로 기상 음악 신청 페이지로 가면
신청 메뉴가 갱신이 안되는 현상 발생.
처음 상태나 기상 음악 신청 리스트를 누르면 신청 가능이라고 표시가 되는데
다시 요일을 누르면 신청 불가로 불러와짐
