Describe the goal of the feature

It would be good if we had the option to suppress these error logs https://github.com/DataDog/dd-trace-py/blob/main/ddtrace/internal/writer/writer.py#L387

We routinely see small amounts of these when nodes autoscale since the DaemonSet pod in Kubernetes terminates before the app pod. These end up getting reported to Sentry which we would like to avoid
