I had a coB sign up for one of my trips who has been inactive for just over a year. In the trip admin page this shows as a participant with no reviews (bc reviews disappear after a year) and as missing his WS safety lectures (not sure if this is a bug bc he had attended a safety lecture series, just not the most current ones as per the rules for WS leaders). The only reason I was able to find this information was because there was a Winter Safety Committee member on my trip who could access his leader rating and that he has at least done some trips with MITOC.
Having a leadership status indicator on the "admin" tab would resolve the issue above, and maybe a counter of total MITOC trips attended - maybe with trip difficulties as well. While I think email communication would have eventually resolved the issue above without needing WSC level of information, leadership status and # of trips would have made it a non-issue without compromising the intent behind blinding leaders to reviews older than a year.

Hm, I'm not inherently opposed to the idea of adding leader status to the admin view, but that page is already quite information-dense (and there are separate complaints about the difficulty of using the page on mobile due to how much information is on that page).
You don't need a WSC member to view somebody's leader rating, though, nor do you need that to view the complete history of trips they've been on! (Though yes, only WSC can view feedback older than a year).
If you just view the participant's page (accessible via "Search participants" or via a few different links), you can see their leader ratings, trip history, etc. I'm hopeful that providing access to this view is sufficient for the rare edge case of a participant whose history has you questioning whether or not they can do the trip!
The missing lecture attendance is not a bug -- this person just isn't recorded as having attended lectures.
I'll actually expand on the "older than a year" cutoff -- by default, we show feedback for the past thirteen months, which means that trip feedback is shown for the current Winter School & previous one. This particular participant hasn't gone on a WS trip or led a trip since 2023.
