Finish the GPO groupe
Add command line options compatible with wumt (wumgr -update -onclose [command])
Add option to auto download the *.cab file for semi-offline update

Initial release of the Windows Update Manager, more features to come...

The binary is build with .NET 4.6.1 so if you are using an older version of windows you my need to install the appropriate .NET binaries from Microsoft.
