Shows wrong emoji in iOS device

Describe the bug

It is showing wrong Emoji in iOS device but showing correct one in web & android device.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Type I'm Harsh Trivedi👨🏻‍💻 emoji in text. https://readme-typing-svg.demolab.com/
2. Copy the code it generates and add it into README.md file.
3. Check the output in iOS device.
4. It is showing little square box on comma & display wrong emoji.

Hello @iamharshtrivedi , I didn't face this issue using your example on Mac, maybe it is related to the font family

Please check it on your iPhone.
I have checked many times and I haven't found the solution.
