Update cross reference to ICDO for DOID:0050771

I think the issue is just a typo. In the current src files on github (here I'm quoting from doid-merged.obo, but the info is the same in all the src files I've checked) both DOID:0050771 and DOID:0080347 are cross mapped to ICDO 8700/3. In the ICDO standard, the /# describes the severity of the cancer with /0 being benign and /3 being metastatic/malignant.

So, based on the definitions in doid-merged.obo, DOID:0050771 should be cross mapped to 8700/0 and DOID:0080347 should be cross mapped to 8700/3. I've pasted the current relevant obo text below.
