Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm not only dumb, I am also lazy. These two attributes often combine and lead to the problem of me forgetting to update my containers.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if there would be a versioning scheme of some sorts which can be used to tag containers that contain new changes.
That way I could setup something like renovate to do the updates for me. You could even use a dumb versioning scheme like counting up a single build number (which would probably end up growing pretty large) as long as a dumb person can convince their lazy automations to understand the value.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have considered remembering to do updates manually, but I'm just to lazy to do them when I remember and to dumb to remember them when I have time.

Additional context
I really like how stupid this project is, I hope only to see new additions for dummies like me.

Versioning is something we'll definitely be implementing. We've just been too dumb to do it thus far
