I'm really confused of your calculation. Using an ellipse equation to generate a mask from vnRectBound, I got the area of ROI1 to be 1767, almost the same as calculated by ImageJ. How can your code generate a so much larger ROI?
There are always more pixels included in PixelIdxList than the area of ROI measured by ImageJ.
