The MV3 version of Privacy Badger is not Privacy Badger "lite". Beyond that, I am not quite sure what exactly it is you're asking. What does "entirely declarative" mean? |

I'm asking this question because I see on µBlock Origin Lite's GitHub site @gorhill says:
https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uBOL-home/wiki/Frequently-asked-questions-(FAQ)#what-are-the-upsides-of-an-mv3-based-content-blocker
https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uBOL-home/wiki/Frequently-asked-questions-(FAQ)#is-ubo-lite-a-bad-faith-attempt-at-converting-ubo-to-mv3
More specifically, I'm wondering how local learning works in the MV3 version and whether or not it does so declaratively. I like the concept of Privacy Badger requiring little or no interaction from the user and the idea of using MV3's potential efficiency "advantage" for tracker blocking.
