It would be great to have a boolean cookiecutter configuration option to implement DLite-specific parts in the demo strategies and dependencies.

It would add oteapi-dlite as a dependency and also implement usage of oteapi_dlite.utils.get_collection() and oteapi_dlite.models.DLiteSessionUpdate for initialize() and get() methods where applicable, essentially.
