Why is the test wit the ontopy backend skipped? #334

This test is always skipped as ontopy is not part of requirements, not even for developers. Why?

This test is always skipped as ontopy is not part of requirements, not even for developers. Why?

Correction: it is only skipped for Python3.13 because emmontopy does not (yet) officially support Python3.13. Should be remedied.
