Tests in aux_cmeps testlist that need updates to the compsets/resolutions

The following tests fail in aux_cmeps testlist in cesm3_0_alpha05c with cmeps1.0.33 because the case fails at create_newcase time:

The previous baselines also show this same behavior (cmeps1.0.22 and cmeps1.0.61).

I think the compsets that should be used are:

And the MOM t232 mask should be used for all, so T62_t232 or TL319_t232
