birthdate -> birth_date according to https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32024R2977 , also sd-jwt is good to be correct, at the moment it is not.

I wrote a new version on ia 2977 on my repo that include this comment , but I'm not promoting it because the issue on pid provider authentication is still open and on discussion (no feedback , jaromir's one apart,,,,)

So next week i'll write a new version including the new pid rulebook arf 1.5 , and there'll be a note on this rp access certificate for pid provider, that will be on discussion.
