'loadingText' parameter should be renamed #31

'LoadingText' is really 'LoadingHTML' now, as it allows for more than just text strings (See #20).

It should be renamed (with a fallback to avoid creating a breaking change) to something like 'LoadingHTML' to avoid confusion.
