I have a number of sponsor tags inside a cart, dayparted for different sponsors to air at different times of the day. There are some times of the day when there is no valid sponsor cut, so correctly the cart should indicate that there is [NO AUDIO AVAILABLE].
Looking at moving from 1.7.2 to 4.2.2 - the old version would always show the correct cart/cut and the correct status of that cart/cut.
However in 4.2.2 some dayparted carts show that there is [NO AUDIO AVAILABLE] even though the current time should include a valid dayparted cut. We have also seen behaviour such as this:
...the cart in RDAirPlay shows as red with [NO AUDIO AVAILABLE] even though there is definitely audio available, as it's currently being played!
Could we add an additional check/refresh of cuts within carts every so often to ensure that we're showing the correct status of a cart?
Many thanks.
