We recently got an email from a person following the tutorial online who couldn't run MEGAN, since "commands.txt" isn't available outside Uppmax. I haven't been able to find it either, on Uppmax or elsewhere, but I'm hoping someone, maybe @johnne has it? It will be hard to even run the course again without that....
