Console support for mobile

• What is the solution, improvement or enhancement you'd like to see? A button to open the console on mobile.
• The button should be a client setting (disabled by default)

There's :cmdbox for this case. If you don't want others to know you're doing some commands, put /e before the command, e.g. /e :cmdbox.

command box has its own issues that i am too lazy to say here and using console would be better also using the chat is bad because when you ban someone with bad username you could get moderated
