Create an iCal file view which includes the complete schedule

AFAIK, we had this before, but it was removed for some reason. It would be good to get this back, since it makes it easy to add the conference schedule to a regular calendar.

the iCal support was removed because the code was based on a handmade code and not on an external and battle-tested lib.

About this feature, where do you want to see it? a calendar with all the events?

I think it should go to the schedule page: https://ep2020.europython.eu/schedule/ On top of the schedule calendar view, we have a button that says "Add all talks to my calendar". Once you click the button, you download the ical file with the timings to all talks.
