Overlaps talks and breaks #562

Description
CSS: Talks should always be on top of breaks if there is an overlap.
See screenshot:
- Left: the bottom of the talk is hidden behind the break object.
- In the third column talks appear as they are supposed to.
Seems this happens in the left (=first) column of the schedule.
