1. Tap FAB > Create expense
2. Manual > enter amount
3. Tap Next

Expected Result:

Recipient list is loaded pretty quick (2-3 sec)

Actual Result:

Recipient list is loading > 10 sec

But TLDR: this is slow only for people outside US, I assume we are returning a lot of data and is slower for people on the other side of the world to download it all.
