Describe the bug

At least some of the neuroparc templates we are using (e.g., Schaefer) are different from their original sources. We need to resolve this

To reproduce

Expected behavior

The templates we use should be canonical

Acceptance criteria

Verification (correlation/dice/hash) of similarity between our versions and canonical parcellations.
