How to connect a redragon harrow g808 dongle usb joystick?

Hello, sorry for bad English.

I need help connecting a control that works through dongle usb. When I connect the usb dongle to the console, I open the HID Test nintendont, I get an error called: InterruptMessage (): -4 failed. What does that error mean and how can I fix it?

Useful data:

1. I am using a usb to store the control configuration since there I have the isos of the gamecube games

2. The VID is 2563 and the PID is 0575. The controller is a redragon g808 harrow:
