Yeah this would be lovely! need an option to directly point config to the ipfs folder

I figured out how to do it, and turned out it is pretty cumbersome. You need to provide all of the files at once, so that the folder hash is computed correctly. If you change it to this mode, you are losing your ability to do re-uploads and the whole process is becoming more fragile. It is not the software's fault, but more a IPFS limitation/feature.
