Supposing I have removed the dictionary, which is selected in FarSpell. After 
that the reaction on keystrokes in Far Editor is slowed down considerably, even 
the navigation (up/down/...). It looks like FarSpell checks the missing 
dictionary on every key stoke.

Expected: The missing dictionary is checked once and is automatically disabled 
/ discarded.
