Hello,
I ran into an issue when using a link to heading that contains a . symbol. Providing a minimal example bellow where go to definition doesn't work for the heading containing a . symbol.

# Heading that works

[[#Heading that works]]

# Heading that doesn't work.

[[#Heading that doesn't work.]]

From my testing it doesn't matter where in the heading the . is contained.

Added a PR that fixes this by removing the ignore of . symbol.
