收到新消息的时候、无法及时获取来信提醒

描述最优的解决方案 Describe the optimal solution

邮件提醒：可以选择进行邮件提醒的消息类型：

默认可以不启用

描述候选解决方案 Describe the candidate solution

可以提供一个主邮箱和专门收取通知邮件的邮箱：类似于Github的配置
