[BUG] When using Condition Agent, it hits "Error buildAgentGraph - Error: Agent must have a predecessor!"

Describe the bug
The same sequential agent flow, works perfectly with routing by Condition node

And once i change the Condition node to Condition Agent and setup all the route, it always throw this error and i really dont know which agent its referring to:
