Remove ForEvolve.Testing.OperationResults

Remove ForEvolve.Testing.OperationResults and move it in the future ForEvolve.OperationResults project/repo. That will encapsulate both ForEvolve.OperationResults and ForEvolve.Testing.OperationResults in the same Git repo, which should help maintainability and keep versions aligned.
