Gallery, File Manager, Calendar, Clock, Notes, Contacts, Phone

Steps to reproduce the bug

set app language to any RTL languages - for example "Hebrew - (עברית)"
go to setting page on one of the apps or create a new event in calendar

Expected behavior

all text to appear from right to left

Actual behavior

untranslated text appear from left to right

added photos to show what I mean
this issue seems to affect most apps , have not tested all , the one i marked i tested.
the calculator app doesn't have this issue
