Publish the app on F-Droid and IzzyOnDroid (just like Simple Thank you)

Feature description

Add the app to the F-Droid and IzzyOnDroid Repository.

Why do you want this feature?

It would make it easier for people to discover its existence, and an additional app like Obtainium would not be required anymore to keep it updated, the previous SimpleMobileTools Thank You app was also available on F-Droid (it still is) and the accessibility would be easier to discover for those who want or need it.
