Play videos embedded on slides

Had a short, but enlightening conversation with Sam Minot about videos embedded on PowerPoint slides. He suggested downloading the slides directly to a video mp4 file, instead of downloading them as a PDF file.

I remember Elizabeth Humphries bring up a similar issue in the past, so this is definitely not a one-off thing.

The goal here is to convert PPTs which include videos, e.g. screengrab videos being used as walkthrough videos.
